Review: Revlon ColorStay Pressed Powder

Its been almost 5 months I'm using Revlon ColorStay pressed powder.
It claims to provide shine free application for 16 hours, oil free non-irritating, wont clog pores and paraben free. Also says that its silky ultra fine formula blends seamlessly for a flawless shine-free finish that stays cake-free all day.

Powder comes in a plastic packaging. It has two compartment in it with partial clear lid. a powder puff kept in the bottom compartment and lid has a mirror attached in it. I found the total packaging pretty sturdy yet nothing special. Packaging consist 8.4g of product. Provided powder puff is quite good in quality, smooth and soft to use though i don't really use puff for applying powder.

My experience:
I use the shade medium which seems quite a good match for my tone.
Texture of the powder is velvety, smooth and fine. Gives matte finish and light coverage, doesn't consist any sort of shimmer. I wear this as my setting powder over foundation or BB/CC cream, it does mattify and set foundation nicely without being cakey and stays shine free for long but certainly not for 16 hour. It didnt brake me out yet. I am amused by how silky and smooth it feels after applying since my first use.
Nothing much to say about this one, overall its a good powder as a setting powder yet i would appreciate more if would provide a bit more coverage as a pressed powder.

However, I would repurchase for sure and definitely recommend this one if you're looking for a good setting powder which will help to control shine.
